Kalonzo Musyoka is the roving ambassador for the other side. What is he doing to make sure the talks are up the gear? They should not blame the Jubilee Government for failing. • 14 Jul 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, as we talk about security in Parliament, sometimes one wonders whether these people are serious. All they ask us is to open the boot and the door for checking and that is all. They have no gadgets to really check whether there are gadgets that could be detonated such as hand grenades. They do not have that kind of expertise. One would not tell whether there is a grenade in somebody’s vehicle which is either in front or behind them. It might explode in a place like this.
