  • 13 Jul 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Wetangula. He was once the Minister for Foreign Affairs. At one time, he was marooned somewhere in Central Africa where he lived like someone who was besieged. He could not leave the airport due to problems emanating from that country. • 12 Jul 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I welcome them to this House and wish them the best. I thank them for the previous performances that they have posted in the last three or four decades. Riara Schools are known to do very well in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations and we are very proud to be associated with them. I wish them the best so that they can post better results this year, like they have done before. Thank you. view

  • 6 Jul 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, this one is a bit bright. There is nobody who is to be held responsible for the wording. Therefore, I am standing up so that you could catch my eye. view
