This is because of congestion, dirt and, of course, the way they also mishandle you. In the first place, they even forget that they can also contract the virus. We, therefore, need to teach them. They need that as soon as yesterday. That is because you cannot go anywhere in this country without a vehicle. For instance, curfew hours have been moved to 10.00p.m. How do you enforce that, if you cannot reach where people are breaking the law? You cannot enforce. So, I support this Report.
