When you promote it and have one million signatures, it means that you are gathering enough strength and potential and are able to influence massively to amend the Constitution or do a certain thing for the benefit of Kenyans. This is a popular initiative and we have already done referenda in Kenya thrice following a popular initiative. We utilised the election law which for now cannot suffice. (Dr.) Otiende seems to have swallowed the one for the Committee. However, I am happy that there was amalgamation and consultations.
