Mwatela and we were told that Kshs3.2 billion was allocated for the Voi/Taveta Road. This was way back in February last year. If the EU re-allocated the money and the ADB was willing to fund the project, how much money has the ADB given and when will it be released for this project? view

Voi is located very close to Mzima which is the source of this water, but we have constant water shortages. What is the problem between the main line and the distribution point in Voi? Is it due to mismanagement? What is the problem because there is water on the main pipeline but there is no water in Voi Town? view

He has then said that he is about to be given that contract. Why would you give the contract to do the Mzima Springs Phase I repairs to someone who has a record of failing? view
