I support the Motion brought by the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. I also would like to echo the sentiments of the Deputy Leader of the Majority Party and what she has read regarding the composition of JSC. As much as we want to look at these things from the angle to which we are being driven, I think it is the wrong direction to go. However, in this one, if the condemnation is wholesome, then we ought to be given an annexure where her name appears. I also want to talk about my friend and a colleague in the Jubilee Coalition, hon. Benson Mutura. Hon. Mutura is here as an individual and he made an individual comment.   • 1 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you. First of all, let me register my thanks to the Presidential Address. I visited a constituency somewhere in Pokot and there was one poster of a nominee who was seeking a parliamentary seat and his theme was: “Development beyond Expectation.” That is what the President gave us. He gave us more than what we anticipated. He has done a very good job. Secondly, although I was not around when he was giving his Address, I saw him on television being given a standing ovation by Parliamentarians. That was a very good indication.
