Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I need your guidance. The Departmental Committee Chairman‘s amendment was negative, so was hon. Gumbo‘s amendment. Since hon. Gumbo‘s amendment was negatived, hon. Ochieng‘s amendment does not arise.

2 Apr 2015 in National Assembly:
Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I thought you have always said that if my amendment is the same as that of the Departmental Committee‘s Chairman and my amendment is negatived, the Departmental Committee Chairman‘s amendment should be dropped.

2 Apr 2015 in National Assembly:
Hon. temporary Deputy Speaker, mine is to say we look at Article 95. I support the Motion brought by the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. I also would like to echo the sentiments of the Deputy Leader of the Majority Party and what she has read regarding the composition of JSC. It is not because he is in TNA. I also want to agree with hon. Kamanda that we will donate Mutura. Hon. ...

He gave us more than what we anticipated. He has done a very good job. Secondly, although I was not around when he was giving his Address, I saw him on television being given a standing ovation by Parliamentarians. That was a very good indication. It shows that Parliamentarians were very ...
