• 1 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you. First of all, let me register my thanks to the Presidential Address. I visited a constituency somewhere in Pokot and there was one poster of a nominee who was seeking a parliamentary seat and his theme was: “Development beyond Expectation.” That is what the President gave us. He gave us more than what we anticipated. He has done a very good job. Some of our young and bright people would not have got opportunity to be educated without such programmes being in place. As I finish, I want to look at the list that was given to this House.
