  • 18 Jun 2020 in National Assembly: Yesterday, I appeared before the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources and the CAS said that for the further questions, he was going to ask the CS. The Chair ruled that the CAS could not appear before committees, spend over 30 minutes and then appear to revoke what he had said by saying that he was going to ask the CS. As committees, we need to look at the weight of the matter and decide whether to invite the CS, the PS or the CAS. view
