If I remember, the Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury, made it very clear that all the money for roads is part of the Kshs190 billion that was given. I think that is not fair. I would like to go on the ground and say that from 2013/2014, we are not in charge so that, at least, we can make a name for ourselves.
