Every authorised person shall submit a waste management plan to the Authority for approval. It also talks about the management plan and how it should look like. I am trying to look at it. We know that if one does not submit a waste management plan, there is a penalty. I cannot pinpoint it exactly. I know it is very dangerous. One must have a waste management plan.
