  • 17 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: On the Political Parties Act, I do not know how they will implement that a party that has a certain number of special interest group members, elected members of county assemblies or Members of Parliament will get 20 per cent of the Political Parties Fund. It should be given an additional mandate for it to monitor implementation of affirmative action. Sometimes, if you have a body that can do that, it is easier.
