  • 6 Mar 2019 in National Assembly: but in the last Session, I had three petitions which lapsed. Again, I renewed them as advised by the Clerk’s Office but I have never seen them. I had one petition on land matters and the other one was about the plane crash in Lake Nakuru. I need some advice, Hon. Deputy Speaker. view
  • 6 Mar 2019 in National Assembly: Yes, I did that immediately we came back to Parliament. I have given out all the three petitions to the Clerk’s Office, actually after the lapsing of last year’s Session. That is what I was advised. view
  • 5 Mar 2019 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Chairman, for giving me this opportunity. I support. I am saying this in line with what happened in the first election of county assemblies. We had a county secretary who was kicked out by the court. They kept going round and round. Eventually, a county secretary was sent from national Government to go down there. This is a better process. For the last five years, we have had the County Secretary who was appointed. He never went through competitive process. This is a better way of picking a county secretary. view

  • 20 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: Asante sana, Mhe. Naibu Spika. Ningependa unipe mwelekezo. Nina mkutano hivi karibuni. Utanielekeza itakuwa vipi. view
