This time, we are not going to postpone the requirement to 2027.We need to do ... view

  • 13 May 2021 in National Assembly: We have seen cases where people have been chased away from the forests like in my place and have not been resettled elsewhere. So, we need to balance even as we look at climate change issues and the rights of individuals. This is because in the Bill of Rights, the first right is right to life. (ii) Are there plans to redesign the affected part of the said road, and if so, when will the newly redesigned sections be constructed? (iii) Why has the Ministry’s agencies abdicated their role of maintaining the road in view of the constant landslides and rockslides that have damaged it thereby causing fatal accidents and damage to vehicles including the recent case of ... view

The opening of so many universities across the country has brought down the standards of education. I am an alumnus of JKUAT, and it is very embarrassing that a once best ranked university in Africa is now ranked the lowest because of so many small campuses in places such as Mathare. In my view, we must stick to the principal objective of establishing universities and get quality graduates, and not to boost ... view
