Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was saying that the proposed Authority will, if well-funded, coordinate disasters across the country and develop policies on disaster management, and disaster preparedness will possibly be devolved. It can be devolved so that, at least, every county will have a unit, department or county offices. This is so that whenever there is an issue of disaster across the country, there are immediate people who are deployed. Hon.
