  • 30 Apr 2014 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 14 and substituting therefor a new clause as follows- 14. Section 15 of the principal Act is amended- (a) by deleting subsections (2) and substituting therefor the following new subsections- (2) A person desiring the removal of the Inspector-General on any ground specified in subsection (1) may present a petition to the National Assembly setting out the alleged facts constituting that ground. view
