Hon. Speaker, this is a very serious issue. If possible, the reply should come even by the end of today because as we speak, there are so many students who are at home because they are unable to pay school fees. If it should delay, it should be brought tomorrow.

serious national issue. You have seen the public outcry across the country regarding the increase of fees by public schools. We have very many students at home. We have the same national schools charging different fees. We do not know exactly what the ceilings are for those schools. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I support the withdrawal of subsection (5). If you see the report, this Commission was given the mandate to investigate historical injustices. However, if you go deeper into the report, you will find that even in my own Constituency of Marakwet East, where 67 people were killed, they are not indicated in the report. Therefore, I support the deletion, so that we can also include the historical injustices which were done in Marakwet East, in the report.
