Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am the Chairman of the Committee. Last year but one, there was serious unrest in secondary schools in Kenya. We tabled a report before this House and it was adopted by the House, in which we had made very clear recommendations on the KNEC. At this point, we would expect the Committee on Implementation to look at it and look at what the Ministry has done about it. We clearly recommended, and this was adopted by this House, that the KNEC should be overhauled.
