• 9 Sep 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for his answer. He said that the money was returned due to the closure of the bank account. Mr. Paul Kogo wrote to the Ministry on 19th October, 2008 giving the full details of his bank account. It is now exactly one year down the line, and he has not received a response. I can avail a copy of his letter to the Assistant Minister. If I do that, how long will it take for him to have his payments reinstated? It has taken too long. view
