On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The hon. Minister contributing on the Floor of the House is the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs, where the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) is directly under her. Is she in order to expect this House to do what she is supposed to be doing under KACC? Could she lay the Report of KACC on the Table?

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government has been creating many districts and the reason is to take Government services closer to the people. We have so many districts at the moment without district hospitals. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that every district that is created gets a district hospital within the shortest time possible?

Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this Report is on students' strikes. We want to bring this to an end. I would want to ask that the recommendations that we have made here are implemented to the letter so that we bring to an end the issue of strikes and unrest in schools.
