• 6 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I do understand what Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona wants to bring in, but we are talking of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Council for Nomadic Education in Kenya, who actually exists. I am not sure whether there is a CEO for the marginalized as we speak now. That is the technicality in this. view
