• 14 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Minister, it is unfortunate that he wants to claim before this House that he is glad that he released that money on 10th August. 10th is the day that the schools closed for August holidays and, definitely, the operations in our schools must have been affected in one way or another. Could the Minister confirm to this House that, in future, beginning this September, the money shall be released to schools at least one week before they open?
