the public service to use the population data – this data will give people by tribe and region, the number of the disabled people, and people from disadvantaged areas – to effect promotion of public servants. Everybody will feel represented. The face of Kenya will be seen. I come from one of the biggest tribes in Kenya, the Kamba tribe, but we do not have a Cabinet Secretary in the Cabinet.
