  • 16 Aug 2007 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for reminding me on that. I am addressing the Chair now. I was saying that the House Business Committee which decides the business of this House is comprised of Members from both sides of the House. view
  • 16 Aug 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am surprised that Mr. Osundwa has been long enough in this House and he still does not seem to understand this. Muturi that national prayer breakfasts are normally there and so he needs to join them. They are not there for only one section. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to support this Motion. I want to congratulate the Ministry because, so far, it has done a good job. However, they started very well with so many projects, but in the course of time, I do not know what happened. They are now very slow. Projects are not being completed. ... view

  • 25 Jul 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I am talking about the whole Sub-Vote, and particularly the officers who are posted to supervise roads works under the District Roads Committees.
