From the outset, I would like to say that if there is anything that Kenyans would remember throughout their history is the passing of the new Constitution. It is as a result of the passing of the Constitution that we are getting to reform our police and all our institutions. view

If you look at the way the members of the county policing will be selected, their distribution and the competitive recruitment, you will find that it is a new dawn for this country because it provides equity and transparency.
