8 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, the road that we are talking about joins two tarmac roads, one from Naivasha up to Kirima and the other one being done from Njabini â Olkalou up to Nakuru. However, my people cannot use these tarmac roads without these connecting two roads from Dinda to Kirima and from Kirima to Engineer. Likewise, the road that has been done from Njabini â Olkalou to Nakuru is of no use to most people because the section from Njabini to the Flyover is full of potholes. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that even as he will do ...

7 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It is good to hear that the Prime Minister was in Rwanda and that he interacted with a very progressive President, who really has the will to effect policies that he feels are right. In this House, we have heard the Minister for Agriculture say that he is going to bring in a law to require you to plant trees on 10 per cent of your land. 1 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Article was intended to make it consistent with the provisions of Article 132 (2) (b) and to avoid a future constitutional crisis. But considering the prevailing circumstances, I withdraw.

1 Apr 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, in 20 years, this is the closest we have got to getting a new Constitution. When the PSC came from Naivasha, the whole country heaved a sigh of relief. The team that went to Naivasha thought as Kenyans. For 11 days, they sat together and produced a good document for this country. Since then, we have retreated to our communities, regions and our interests. My appeal to the Members is: Let us not deny Kenyans what they have been waiting for, for 20 years. If we compare this Constitution with the current one, there are so many ...
