Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. From the outset, I want you to forgive me because I have lost my voice. I was singing out and it is not a role I am used to. I know it is a role for Hon. Millie Odhiambo, but since they took over a part of the Government, I had to take up the role and sing. So, my voice is not very clear today. I will try as much as possible. I support the Report in totality. It is very important for the Judiciary to ...

I have tried as much, because my voice is a bit hoarse. I was singing a lot. Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to contribute. For those who think they can bring an impeachment Motion against the Deputy President, bring it on because we are quite ready for it. Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker.

Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I do support because we must sustain the Board which can be done by having funds, say, from the collection of the levy. We really need to market our livestock by-products. We have the fuel levy and so many other levies. It will not be bad for us to have a livestock levy so that we can also have livestock areas being high potential. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, there is a very big difference between a department and a board. Therefore, I support what the Chair has said. Hon. Manje, please, let us support it because there is a big difference between a board and a department. A department has its own regulations and policy. Thank you.

Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. On behalf of my family and the 6.5 million Kenyans living with disabilities, I want to send my heartfelt condolences to the family of Hon. Suleiman Dori. He was a great leader and I can only say that let him fly with the angels because he is one of them. Hon. Speaker, next time we have such an issue, even for those of us who are well known professional mourners, we should respect other peoples’ cultures, beliefs and religions so that we do not introduce politics in such occasions. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. May ...

Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I really support the amendment by Hon. Kioni. Most of us go through a lot of difficulties in the voting process. Most of the buildings where voting takes place are not accessible to people on wheelchairs. Again, the blind and the deaf find it very difficult during the voting process. For instance, the blind people have it difficult because the voting papers are not in braille. In fact, they have to ask a second party, who sometimes might not belong to their school of thought or political party. If, for example, they ...

Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. We appreciate your Communication. Some of us who are new Members take your Communication very seriously and we will abide by it. Hon. Speaker, we have an underground tunnel and if it is completed on time, we will not be loitering through the normal gate and we will not find visitors to bring in Parliament Buildings. It is good to inform you that I have never dumped any visitor in your office. I respect your office as the third most powerful office on the land. Thank you, Hon. Speaker.

Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. This Committee was very committed and busy. It was one of the busiest and very committed to its parliamentary work more than the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) weekend rallies.
