Nowadays, for me to open any video clip, I have to first of all go to the toilet, make sure I have closed the door and reduce the volume on my phone because sometimes what comes out may attract a lot of attention. George Kariuki for bringing such a very important Motion. Probably, we should educate our Government, especially the Ministry of Water, both in the national and county governments, on the importance of water.
