Jude Njomo and Hon. Lydia Wakago are somewhere taking tea. We need to move with them. We cannot propose amendments to the Coffee Bill with the likes of Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ from Kisumu being present. This is not an issue of fish.

Hon. Deputy Speaker, I seek your guidance on a matter that has left Parliament with rotten eggs on its face. How did an unconstitutional, null and void document pass through both Houses of Parliament? Does it mean that Parliament does not have a competent legal department? Does it also mean that lawyers are not elected as Members of Parliament?
