We have heard all these things, but even then, we had rigging of exams. So, we need to ensure that the human intervention in the process through which exams could be rigged is removed. Two is on the last thing he mentioned on disbursement of money. We are all aware that the Ministry does not disburse 100 per cent of the money. The Ministry disburses 55 per cent of the money.
