  • 8 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a straight forward case of fraud and the culprits are well known to the police. I wonder why, up to now, the police have not arrested the person who committed that crime. Can the Assistant Minister tell us when they are going to arrest the fraudster? view

I have heard the Assistant Minister say that the Ministry of Energy is doing a good work while we know that, recently, in the current Budget, they have reduced the money that was allocated to the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) from Kshs18 million to Kshs4 million. This amount of money is not sufficient to facilitate electricity in the rural areas. Is he in order to boast around? view
