• 22 Jan 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister should clarify a bit, because when the project was being mooted initially, the population there was told that the direct benefit that they would get from that project was the irrigation system, which has not been put in place up to now. I am now shocked to learn that it is being shifted to another Ministry and not the same one that was doing the power project down there. Could he clarify, please, why there is a change of mind? view
