I appreciate it is very detailed, but the fact that accidents are increasing and not reducing means all these Government interventions are not effective. I ask my Chairman to consider urging the Ministry to set some kind of a taskforce to review all these interventions. I know for a fact that the State Department for Interior is not to blame because it is not the business of the person to be overseen, but it is the business of the overseeing Committee.
