I would expect the Cabinet Secretary to show us what NG-CDF and the national Government have done. On the fences, there are so many drugs in our counties. According to what I see in my county, it is like Kenyans do not know the role of Senators. When you carry out your oversight role, people ask what you have put on the table as far as development is concerned and why you have not given them bursaries, yet we sit in this House and fight with the national Government, the National Assembly, and the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) to make sure that counties get budget allocation.
