I would expect the Cabinet Secretary to show us what NG-CDF and the national Government have done. On the fences, there are so many drugs in our counties. According to what I see in my county, it is like Kenyans do not know the role of Senators. When you carry out your oversight role, people ask what you have put on the table as far as development is concerned and why you have not given them bursaries, yet we sit in this House and fight with the national Government, the National Assembly, and the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) to make sure that counties get budget allocation. In their reports, they will say that they have done “A”, “B”, “C”, or “D” roads, but when you go to the ground, those roads are not there. I am sure the people of Isiolo are also waiting for your decision on the matter. This is a weighty matter and it is good if the House gives direction because as I speak, the people of Isiolo are suffering. We are not getting service delivery at all.
