• 19 Sep 2019 in Senate: Foreign Relations, which undertook a visit to the Kitui Prisons to assess the state of prisons services in Kitui County. The Sessional Committee on County Public Accounts and Investments (CPAIC) also engaged with the Kitui County Assembly Public Accounts Committee, where inconclusive sessions on audit reports relating to Machakos and Makueni counties were held.
