However, we should not just focus on protection of wildlife and forget about the people who are supposed to protect the wildlife. People have lost their lives in this country and their families have not been compensated. In the last seven years, the Government has not compensated the families of those who lost their lives and those who have been affected by the wild animals. For the members of public to appreciate and benefit from the revenue generated from the wild animals, we have to bring the communities together with the KWS. In my county, we have about three to ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a lot that is out of order in this House which is believe I should bring to your attention and to the House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish we can re-constitute a committee that can look at that because one time, the same committee went all the way to Sweden and we looked at the prisons there and some other parts of the country, which were doing very well. We can draw example from it. Maybe, one of us should come up with a Motion or a Petition where we can constitute a committee that can look into this. Prisoners are also human beings, but the way they are treated in our prisons is unbelievable. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir.
