I think it is important for us to understand – with due respect to my colleagues – that when somebody asks me to get all the information, they should also remember that there is the HANSARD. • 25 Mar 2014 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, unfortunately, we do not have that particular statement. This is apparently a matter that involves the office of the Attorney-General and the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. The Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government has already written to the Attorney- General. So, we are waiting for feedback from the Attorney-General’s office. Hopefully, we will get that response this week. view

Apparently our clerk has told me this afternoon she has been there this morning and they said they are working on it. I will not be able to give a definite answer in terms of when we should be able to respond, but I will make sure that I follow up the issue to have the statement this week. view

Secondly, I believe that this is a very sensitive issue and there are so many things actually happening in this country in terms of insecurity. But with your indulgence and that of the House, I would request that we issue the statement within two weeks, if it is possible. view
