Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

Through this, we should have the Health Committee of this House table the Report of KEMSA findings as quickly as possible. It can also help inform us why these 900 members of staff are being laid off. I know the National Assembly also did investigations on the same. Madam Temporary Speaker, I think the KEMSA issue is very urgent, and I hope the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare will handle it as quickly as possible before major action is taken against those 900 members of staff. Secondly, I have two Statements that are pending before this House. One is on Ewaso-Nyiro that has been pending for over one-and-a-half years, where some members of staff were laid off, and up to now, they are just languishing in poverty in Isiolo.
