Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

I know for a fact that in my own county, the budget meant for PWDs was reallocated to other sectors. This illustrates how county governments are not serious on matters affecting PWDs. Over the years, we have discussed these issues, but implementation of legislations in this country is not done properly. In that legislation and regulations, there are matters to do with the buildings. The buildings that came up after the passing of the legislation were supposed to erect access for PWDs.
