Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

I think it is important that he should give evidence because he is completely out of order. I know very well that there is no report tabled here that has implicated any Member of this House.

Madam Temporary Speaker, issues of budget is a matter affecting most of the counties. I know for a fact that in my own county, the budget meant for PWDs was reallocated to other sectors. This illustrates how county governments are not serious on matters affecting PWDs. Over the years, we have discussed these issues, but implementation of legislations in this country is not done properly.
