Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Right hon. Prime Minister not to take offence. We are just appreciating our Standing Orders. I know the Chair made a distinction between a Ministerial Statement by the Prime Minister and a Question to be answered by the Prime Minister.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the technology being employed by the Prime Minister, who is obviously a dot.com – he is using an IPad – but we are entitled to written copies of answers to Questions. So, in appreciating the technology, do we suspend that other requirement?
