First of all, in his answer to part “a” of the Question, the Minister has said that he is unable to get information because he is in a different Ministry. The Constitution is clear that Ministers are collectively responsible to the House on this information. I will proceed only after the Chair has given me guidance on this aspect. It is this Minister’s responsibility to get us the information because they are sharing the same building! What does he need--- view
