You cannot ask for more if you do not appreciate what you already have. This is a reciprocal thing. You assist but you also get assisted. I thought that Sen. Wako delved into that matter in terms of the commensurate opportunities that a country that contributes should have. So, let us be patient and listen to others contributing. Sen.
