Could the Assistant Minister re-prioritize or rationalize from the projects that have received huge sums with a view to ensuring that, that minimal sum of only Kshs10 billion, which caters for damaged roads across the country, is actually allocated with a view to sorting out the mess that has been caused by the rains? view

We had made various recommendations some of which included the need for the Executive to ensure that the country is prepared for devolution as we go into 2013.
