On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think the Assistant Minister is misleading this House because one month ago he said that everything had been forwarded to the accounts of these teachers in Nandi Central and Nandi North, that is to Mosop and Emgwen constituencies. He said that the money had been wired to the respective accounts of these teachers. This is supposed to be money covering up to October, 2011. So when he says that the athletes travelled on a private arrangement, there is no private arrangement in an international competition. So, they went there as part of the Kenyan team or not. Is he in order to mislead the House? Let him apologize to the House.
