I have seen that they did a good job by visiting the counties. Their research was quite intensive and extensive. They have come up with very good recommendations. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, early childhood education is really the foundation to education. But unfortunately, many times we do not give this stage of learning the importance that it deserves.
