They are asking you to elaborate why you are trying to imply that it is the Nominated Senators whose presence is costing the Government and if they are not here by right of a provision in the Constitution. You are still not addressing the issues that are being raised. Your clarification is now implying that we go back to the former system where the Committee of Experts found it necessary to have representatives of these specific clusters of people because over the years, there was a vacuum of representation.
