Initially, I was saying that when a Statement comes forward to the House and it says, “At least, two Deputy Directors who shall include---”, it means we will have more. However, the Act is very clear that they are just three, that is, the Director-General and two Deputies. So, we should just say that there shall be two deputies; one in charge of crops and another one in charge of livestock.
