There is need for clarity on that issue. You may have attained the age of 18 and are not employed and so, you have no income. When the company secretary is attending a board meeting and the CEO is also attending the same board meeting, who is the secretary to the board and who advises the board on what actions to take and not to take? There will be need for uniformity in deciding whether the positions of company secretary or the fund secretary and the CEO are not in conflict. If they are, how do we cure that conflict? view

If it makes a contribution towards improving healthcare in this country, ensuring that every Kenyan citizen in every corner of this country and every child born in any part of this country has access to affordable healthcare, then it is a good amendment.
