When the company secretary is attending a board meeting and the CEO is also attending the same board meeting, who is the secretary to the board and who advises the board on what actions to take and not to take? There will be need for uniformity in deciding whether the positions of company secretary or the fund secretary and the CEO are not in conflict. If they are, how do we cure that conflict? view

I have not even pronounced myself on what I personally feel about the swearing in and the Handshake matter.
