You said that when we resume at 2.30 p.m., the Report on the Bill that we were debating before we went for lunch be tabled so that Senators can have an opportunity to interact with it before debate resumes. There are always conflicts in those two positions. When the company secretary is attending a board meeting and the CEO is also attending the same board meeting, who is the secretary to the board and who advises the board on what actions to take and not to take? There will be need for uniformity in deciding whether the positions of company secretary or the fund secretary and the CEO are not in conflict. If they are, how do we cure that conflict?

If it makes a contribution towards improving healthcare in this country, ensuring that every Kenyan citizen in every corner of this country and every child born in any part of this country has access to affordable healthcare, then it is a good amendment. I have not even pronounced myself on what I personally feel about the swearing in and the Handshake matter.
