When this matter is finally committed to the Committee on Education, I think there is something that every Kenyan in this country wants to understand about this policy. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is the Senator for Wajir County in order to insinuate that there is a problem with tea being served when Committees of the Senate meet? That happens every time. Madam Temporary Speaker, if this Senate cannot deal with pending bills, especially from counties, then who will? I raise this concern because towards the end of the last session, I brought a petition on the Floor of this House from business people and contractors in Kitui County, direction was given from the Chair on how the matter was going to be handled.
