But on Clause 17(b) we still believe what hon. Karua has said, that there is land which is held by the nation in trust and also by the counties. So, that is the amendment that we came up with. So, we deleted the marginal amendment, but we retained the conclusion. But the body of the amendment remains as we did in the Committee. view
